I believe mental anguish and emotional pain are matters that not only affect the brain, but permeate through every fiber of the body. Thus, in order for someone to recover and heal completely, a holistic approach is essential. I also believe that every person's healing is different, and I tailor my approach based on thorough assessment and deep listening.

I use a variety of techniques to promote healing, including Brainspotting, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and other body-oriented approaches. My approach is strongly rooted in the unique relationship created with every client. I am non-judgmental, open-minded, thoughtful, and very sensitive. Empathy, genuiness, and warmth are cornerstones of my work.

I will work hard to attune with you in order to understand your issues on the deepest level possible. I take your therapy very seriously, and aim to help you have healthier thoughts, feelings, behaviors, after every session. I would be honored to go on this journey with you.
